DAVISON (DTV) – (12/2/2025) – Last week DTV announced my music video in a newscast, which came out on YouTube a few minutes later. The video was for “So Real”, which was the lead single for my first ever album.
We turned off the lights in the newsroom and gathered around the big screen to watch the music video. I’d experienced the feeling of relief and pride from completing a news story before, but this premiere was surreal.
Songwriting has been a really fun process to get my thoughts and feelings out, and I like having creative freedom producing my own songs under the name L WLLMS. This creative freedom continued through the music video. I went in with a vision and got to watch all the pieces click into place.
I’m so thankful for the ability to connect my newfound passion for music with DTV, which has been a home for me these past four years. Big thanks to Randy Scott and Amy Lesko for listening to me throwing ideas at them, and to Brooklynn Watters, Antonio Headrick, and Jaiden Howe for helping out.
