DAVISON (DTV) – (06/20/2024) – The 2024 Miss Davison Scholarship Pageant took place for the 87th year in the Davison High School Maxine Ude Auditorium on Thursday, June 20th. This year’s theme was Royal Barbie! 15 young women competed this year. The candidates and their sponsors are as follows;

Michael J. Thorp was once again the Master of Ceremonies. There were special dance performances by Academy de la Danse, the 2024 Miss Davison candidates, and 2023 Miss Davison and Court. The Miss Davison Princesses got to meet with their mentors and have their moment in the spotlight. This year’s princesses are:

The Princess Program is a non-competitive program for young girls ages 5 to 10, designed to provide the young ladies with a positive role model and an opportunity to gain confidence, charisma, and a sense of community, while being able to shine on stage and fulfill their dream of becoming a princess.

Then came the presentations! The first presentation was the gifting of the Accelerate Her Scholarship. The recipient of the scholarship was class of 2024 President, Trinity Campbell! Then came the presentation of Miss Congeniality, which went to Merrick Spiewak!

The top 5 runners-up were Breeanna Bell, Merrick Spiewak, Haylee Hosea, Jaylin Siegel, and Trinity Campbell. Congratulations to the Miss Davison Court!

And the moment everybody has been waiting for, the crowning of the 2024 Miss Davison, who also happened to be crowned Miss Congeniality, Merrick Spiewak! Congratulations to our 2024 Miss Davison winner!
