Preparations for 2019’s SAT and PSAT testings have already began and now the wait is slimming as we get closer to the week of April 8th. It’s important to remember that Monday, April 8th will be a regular school day with classes starting at 7:25 in the morning. However, Tuesday is when the testing will start take a toll on your daily routine.
Any freshman, sophomore, or senior student can turn off those alarms as only juniors must report to school on Tuesday April 9th. SAT testing will begin at 7:25 and Junior students will be excused for the day when testing finishes. You can see a complete for the rest of the week below:
Tuesday, April 9th:
SAT Testing – Only Juniors report to DHS or DAE
WEDNESDAY, April 10th:
Grades 9-11 report at 7:25 in the morning
Work keys testing will take place for 11th graders
PSAT Testing for 9th and 10th graders
Seniors will not need to report to school until 11:30 in the morning.
After testing widows close students will report to their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd hour classes
THURSDAY, APRIL 11th:
Juniors report by 7:25 for M-STEP testing
Freshman, Sophomores, and Juniors should report to school at 11:30 in the morning to go through 4th, 5th, and 6th hour classes
Friday, April 12th:
This will be a regular school day and all students must report to school by 7:25 and your weekend will begin at 2:36.
Any student in need of a ride can sign up for a bus for any day of testing week in the DHS main office. Any DHS office staff can also help you with any questions you may have.
