In the early fall of 2017, DTV huddled up and decided to make a special regarding the topic of trust in news. Throughout early December we gathered information, watched programs to truly understand our topic, and began the process of putting the pieces together. We took a trip to Washington, D.C, to get all the information we could to further our knowledge on the topic. While there we interviewed many people, including reporters, photographers, a radio host, and a historian from the Newseum.
